£149.99 one-off setup fee plus £19.99 per month. This covers your domain, hosting, design, copywriting and all ongoing updates. No hidden costs.
Do I need technical knowledge? +
None at all. We handle everything technical. You fill in a brief telling us about your business, and we do the rest.
How quickly will my website be live? +
We send your design within 3–5 working days. Once you approve it, your site goes live within 24–48 hours. Most clients are live within a week.
Design
Can I see a design before I pay? +
Yes — we show you a full design proof before taking any payment. You approve it (or request changes) first. You only pay when you're 100% happy.
Do you write the content for me? +
Yes. Professional copywriting for every page is included in the setup fee. You just answer some questions about your business and we do the rest.
Can I use my own photos? +
Absolutely. If you have photos of your work, team or premises, send them to us and we'll incorporate them. We can also use high-quality stock photography where needed.

Will my website rank on Google? +
Every site we build is locally optimised from day one. We include proper meta tags, structured data, page speed optimisation, and local keyword targeting. Most clients see rankings within 4–12 weeks.
Do you submit the site to Google? +
Yes — we submit your sitemap to Google Search Console as part of the launch process to ensure Google crawls your site quickly.
Will I rank for my specific town? +
Yes — we specifically optimise your website for your town, nearby areas and your specific trade keywords. This is one of the core benefits of using our service.
Billing
Is there a minimum contract term? +
No minimum term. Pay month to month and cancel anytime with 30 days' notice. No cancellation fees.
What payment methods do you accept? +
We accept all major UK bank cards and bank transfer for the setup fee. Monthly payments are taken by Direct Debit.
What happens if I cancel? +
If you cancel, we transfer your domain to you so you never lose it. Your website remains live until the end of your paid month.
Ongoing
Can I update the website myself? +
We handle all updates for you — it's part of the monthly fee. Just email us with what you want changed and we'll do it the same day. No logins to remember.
What ongoing support do you provide? +
Email support is included as standard. We monitor your site's uptime, perform regular security updates, and send you a monthly performance summary.
Can I upgrade or add features later? +
Yes — if you want to add a booking system, extra pages, or additional functionality, just ask. We'll quote you a fair price for any additions.
